You can return items if:

• The product is damaged or defective

• You received the wrong item

• The product does not match the description

• You request a return within 7 days of delivery

• Product must be unused and in original packaging

• All accessories, tags, and bills must be included

• For grocery and perishable items, returns are only accepted if the item was damaged at delivery

💸 Refund Process

Refunds will be issued through:

• Original payment method

• Azoxmart wallet credit (optional)

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after product inspection.
